Magic

I think being pushed sometimes as an artist can be a very good thing. 

I think every artist has their own vision of what they want to put into this world, and having someone else say ‘Hey, lets do this….’ can be liberating. 

I had a shoot with my friend Mars yesterday, and along with the usual things I like to shoot, half naked girl in disposable underwear, high key fashion, she encouraged me to step into water, and create a serene floating mermaid series of images, that at first I wasn’t sure about, but after a few images saw what she wanted, and we went with it. 

But it wasn’t until she became faint from the heat of the bathroom and standing up for a while that a real image came out, sitting on the side of the bath, leaning against the wall, resting, a real moment presented itself, so I quietly took a couple of snaps, capturing the real girl on the inside, soft, hurt, it was magical, and I absolutely love the images. I will share them at some point.
